Since a very young age; I have had a deep passion for helping others. This led me to volunteer with organizations that provide comfort and assistance to others including hospice patients and families, senior citizens and children facing life threatening illnesses. After a demanding 20 year career in financial services I decided to pursue a more balanced lifestyle that would allow me to further my service to others in a caregiving role. With this in mind; and after extensive research and soul searching, I decided to pursue a career in massage therapy in 2015. It became very obvious from the first day of class that I had found my calling. I am honored to touch each one of my clients lives. 

My solo practice is based out of our home in Ames, IA; I also work PRN for Mary Greeley Hospice. 

I am married to a wonderful, supportive husband who is a professor at Iowa State University. We have 2 very spoiled dogs, 2 guinea pigs, 4 grown boys with partners/spouses and 5 grandchildren who we couldn't be more proud of. In my free time; I keep busy volunteering as a transport driver for various animal rescues, Outside of volunteering; I love to spend time with family and friends, paint Kindness Rocks, cook, attend wine tastings, hike, bike and travel.
